A natural multi-enzyme product specifically formulated for the complete digestion of milk and all milk products. Directions
One tablet,or more, taken before or with milk products., provides suitable enzyme activity to aid in the digestion of the following foods (since the need for lactase and rennin differs with the individual, requirements may vary): 4 ounces of milk - or 5 ounces of yogurt - or 4 ounces of buttermilk - or 4 ounces of kefir - or 8 ounces of cottage cheese. Larger serving sizes will require additional tablets (2 tablets for 8 ounces of milk) as an average ratio to help alleviate the inability to digest milk or milk products.
