No Hassle Return Policy

 
Stuff happens. We get it. If you are unhappy with your purchase from Vitamin Grocer or for some reason change your mind about the purchase, we're here to help, not hassle. So if you find yourself saying any of the following once you've received your shipment from Vitamin Grocer, please contact us at CustomerService@VitaminGrocer.com and we'll work with you to make things right.
 
Buyer's Remorse

Not a problem! Ship it back to us unopened within 14 days of receipt of the shipment and we will give you a full refund. No questions asked.
 
Received the Wrong Product
 
While our warehouse team is as good as they come and their accuracy rate hovers around 99%, mistakes can happen on the rare occasion. Contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll arrange for the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we'll ship out the right package and make sure you get it ASAP.
 
The Package Was Broken or Opened Upon Arrival
 
Contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll arrange for the return of the package and cover the return shipping charges. Meanwhile, we'll ship out another package and make sure you get it ASAP. Also, take a picture if you can! We'd like to see what went wrong so we can pack it better next time or talk to the carrier about gentler handling of the packages. Don't worry, we will not entrust your package to Ace Ventura or HDS.
 
Return Process
  • For Returns or Exchanges, please contact us at CustomerService@vitamingrocer.com. A returns representative will review your return request and you will be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number upon approval.
  • Once you receive your RMA number, pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging (unless the original packaging is damaged and unusable) to ensure product safety during return shipping
  • Return the product(s) to the address provided to you by the Vitamin Grocer Customer Care representative with your RMA number written clearly on the outside of the box.
  • Once we receive the returned product(s), any refunds due or exchanges will typically be processed within five (5) business days.
